We’re compliant and waiting on paperwork from the county.

The Cottonwood Fire Department came out and inspected our grill and trailer, and we passed. Thank you to the Cottonwood Fire Department for their time.
Our applications are submitted. Now we're waiting on Yavapai County approval and some final paperwork before we can serve. We'll post here the moment there's news.

Our grill was custom-built in Santa Maria, and our red oak comes from Santa Maria too. Both are home in Cottonwood now, ready for the first fire.

04 · The people
Jeremy grew up in Orcutt, in California’s Santa Maria Valley, around the barbecue he’s now bringing to Arizona. Diana brings the homestyle cooking — the sides, salsas and guacamole that make it a meal.
Together they’re building Oak & Ember in Cottonwood, one careful step at a time.
